Our Mission
The mission of the Management Leadership Association is to bridge the gap between corporate leaders and UIC students through professional development & unique out of classroom experiences. This is an organization that is open to all majors and career paths. Our club is here to provide resources and support to students that want to succeed in the professional world, as well as network and gain experience during their years of study.
What we've done
What we've done
Our club is proud to give UIC students meaningful experiences outside of the classroom, taking students on field trips, bringing executives into the classroom, and enriching their leadership skills as the year progresses.
Faculty Advisor Michael Miller receives the 2025 Student Organization Advisor of the Year Award for his work in providing world-class experiences to UIC students.
MLA members on a tour of Southwest Airlines HQ in 2014 - one of the many trips MLA has embarked on since its establishment in 2002.
